19-3516a.   Refunding water district revenue bonds issued under19-3516; conditions.Any water district board having issued revenue bonds under theprovisions of K.S.A. 19-3516 may, from time to time, withoutan election, issue revenue bonds to refund any previous issue or partthereof of its outstanding revenue bonds. Such refunding bonds shall beissued in accordance with and subject to the provisions of K.S.A. 10-116a.
