19-3518.   Same; certificate of convenience and necessity canceled.Upon the payment of the purchase price or condemnation award by whichthe district acquires any water utility system which is operating under acertificate of convenience and necessity issued by the state corporationcommission, such certificate shall immediately be canceled by operation oflaw and such utility shall be relieved of any responsibility to serve anyarea defined by such certificate of convenience and necessity.
