19-3525.   Proceeding to incorporate; notice of public hearing.As a condition precedent to the organization of a water district underthe provisions of this act and subject to the provisions of K.S.A. 19-270,the board shall cause to be published in theofficial county paper once each week for two consecutive weeks a noticeof the time and place of a public hearing beforesuch board to determine whether it is in the best interest, promotesthe general welfare and iseconomically feasible toorganize a water supply district as provided by this act. The last publicationof such notice shall be not less than 15 days prior to the hearing.
