Article 35.--WATER SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION DISTRICTS

     
19-3527.   Records relating to incorporation; filing.
Within thirty (30) days after the publication of the resolution of the
board which has declared the district a quasi-municipal body corporate, the
board shall transmit to the secretary of state and to the register of deeds
of Johnson county, copies of such resolution incorporating such district.
