19-3527.   Records relating to incorporation; filing.Within thirty (30) days after the publication of the resolution of theboard which has declared the district a quasi-municipal body corporate, theboard shall transmit to the secretary of state and to the register of deedsof Johnson county, copies of such resolution incorporating such district.
