Article 35.--WATER SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION DISTRICTS

     
19-3529.   Organization of the board.
The governing body of the district shall elect one of its members as
president of the district. The county clerk and county treasurer of Johnson
county shall be secretary and treasurer, respectively, of the district.
