19-3530.   Meetings of the board; annual audit.The board shall meet at the office of the board of county commissionersof said county as often as the needs of the district require. The boardshall cause to be made an annual audit of the receipts and expenditures ofthe district, by a certified public accountant, the cost of said audit tobe paid by the district.
