Chapter 19.--COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS

Article 35.--WATER SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION DISTRICTS

     
19-3536.   Definitions.
As used in K.S.A. 19-3536 through 19-3544, inclusive, and
amendments thereto, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

     
(a)   "Board" means the board of county commissioners;

     
(b)   "county" means (1) a county having a population of less than 100,000
and adjoining a major federal reservoir flood control project or (2) Finney county.
