19-3542.   Acquisition of property; contracts with municipalities forfacilities.In the exercise of the powers granted in this act, the board shall havepower to acquire by purchase or by right of eminent domain property, bothreal and personal, as may be necessary to provide an adequate system ofwater production and distribution facilities, and to enter into contractswith municipal corporations for the use of such facilities alreadyconstructed which may be reasonably necessary for the joint use of any cityand any district created by the board outside the limits of any city.
