19-3543. Construction and maintenance of lines along highways;
contracts for purchase and sale of water.
The board shall have power to construct and maintain water lines
through, under, across or along any public highway. The board is hereby
authorized to enter into contracts with the secretary of wildlife and parks
for the purchase of water for use by the district and for the sale of the
same for domestic or other uses.
