19-3547a.   Inclusion of land located in other benefit districts.Any land located within an improvement district createdpursuant to K.S.A. 19-2753 et seq., and amendments thereto, or any land locatedwithin an industrial district created pursuant to K.S.A. 19-3801 et seq., andamendments thereto, shall not be included within the boundaries of anypublic wholesale water supply district created pursuant to K.S.A. 19-3545 etseq., and amendmentsthereto, unless the governing body of such improvement district or industrialdistrict approves the inclusion thereof.

      Nothing in this section shall be construed as providing a procedure for thedetachment or deannexation of land located within the boundaries of a publicwholesale water supply district.
