Article 35.--WATER SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION DISTRICTS

19-3549. Declaration of district organization, when; quasi-municipal corporation.
Upon the approval of the attorney general and filing with the secretary
of state, the secretary of state shall declare the district organized and
give it the corporate name of Public Wholesale Water Supply District Number
___. Thereupon the district shall be a quasi-municipal corporation.
