19-3623. Same; inclusion of new lands in district; procedure.
New lands may be included in any fire district created under the
provisions of K.S.A. 19-3613 to 19-3622, both sections inclusive, or acts
amendatory thereof, in
like manner as provided by K.S.A. 19-3604 for the inclusion of new lands in a
fire
district organized under the provisions of K.S.A. 19-3601 to 19-3612,
both sections inclusive, or
acts amendatory thereof.
