19-435.   Same; expense and travel allowances.The board of county commissioners or district board shall allow anyappraiser, deputy, or employee his actual and necessary travel andsubsistence expense incurred in the performance of his duties and shallallow mileage to any such officer, deputy, or employee at the rateprescribed by law for each mile actually and necessarily traveled in aprivately owned vehicle in the performance of his duties.
