19-436.   Same; costs of complying with act; tax levy.The board of county commissioners of each county shall each yeardetermine the total cost to be incurred by the county in complying withthe requirements of K.S.A. 19-425 et seq., and amendmentsthereto, and shall itemize and identify the same inthe budget of the county.
