19-508b.   Financial reports to school districts; copies to state boardof education.Whenever the board of education of any school district shall withdrawany moneys from the funds of the school district which are in the care,custody and control of the county treasurer, or whenever the countytreasurer shall pay any such moneys to a school district, the countytreasurer shall prepare and transmit with such moneys an itemized statementshowing the source of all funds included in the withdrawal or payment.Within thirty (30) days after the end of the fiscal year of each schooldistrict, the county treasurer shall prepare and transmit to the board ofeducation of every school district, any part of the territory of which islocated in the county, a report listing the amounts withdrawn by or paid tosuch school district during the fiscal year, itemized according to thesource of moneys distributed. A copy of every such report shall betransmitted to the state board of education within thirty (30) days afterthe end of each such fiscal year. All reports and statements made incompliance with this section shall be on forms prepared and furnished bythe state board of education for the purpose.
