Chapter 19.--COUNTIES AND COUNTY OFFICERS

Article 5.--COUNTY TREASURER

     
19-519.   Same; penalty.
That any county treasurer, deputy county treasurer, clerk or assistant
of any treasurer who shall violate K.S.A. 19-516 or 19-517 shall be fined
in the sum of not less than five nor
more than one hundred dollars for such offense.
