19-521.   Same; verification; penalty for perjury.The statement made, as provided in K.S.A. 19-520, and amendmentsthereto, shall be signed and swornto by the treasurer. Any treasurerwho shall swear falsely in any such statement shall be guilty ofperjury, and on conviction shall be confined in thecustody of the secretary of corrections for oneyear, and such treasurer's office shall be declared vacant.
