19-532. Charging bank with money deposited and fiscal agent with money
transmitted and crediting treasurer with such amounts.
It shall be the duty of the county clerk of such county to charge the
bank designated as the depository of the public money with all moneys
deposited by the treasurer, and charge the fiscal agent with the amount of
money transmitted to it by the county treasurer, and credit the county
treasurer with such amount transmitted.
