19-535.   Duties of county clerk as to checks and drafts.The county clerk shall charge the said treasurer with the checks anddrafts so countersigned, and credit the bank therewith, and when the sameare returned, charge the treasurer with all moneys disbursed by the fiscalagent of the county, and credit such agent with the same.
