19-537.   Penalty for violating 19-531 to 19-537.If any such treasurer or clerk shall willfully disregard any of theprovisions of this act, he shall upon conviction thereof be adjudged guiltyof a misdemeanor, and be fined in any sum not exceeding five hundreddollars, and removed from office.
