19-612.   Annual report of auditor; estimates.The auditor shall annually make a report to the board of countycommissioners, stating under appropriate heads the total amount of claimsallowed by him during the year, and shall also make an estimate, from thebest source of information he can obtain, and report the same to the boardof county commissioners, of the amount of money required, in his judgment,to be raised by taxation for the next ensuing year for county purposes.
