19-613.   Payment of claims allowed by board.The claims allowed by the board shall be paid in the order of theirallowance, and the treasurer of the county shall publish a bulletinmonthly, in his office, of the amount of cash on hand to redeem the ordersaccording to their priority of date, and the orders shall be redeemedaccordingly.
