19-631.   Same; bond, conditions; premium.Within ten (10) days after receiving a certificate of the orderappointing him to the office of county auditor, it shall be the duty ofsuch person to file with the clerk of the district court, a bond in anamount prescribed by the district court. Such bond shall be a corporatesurety bond executed by a bonding company authorized to do business in thestate of Kansas and conditioned that the auditor will faithfully performthe duties of his office. The premium on said bond shall be paid by thecounty.
