Article 7.--COUNTY ATTORNEY

      19-713.   Duties in connection with grand jury.Whenever required by the grand jury of any court sitting within hiscounty, it shall be the duty of the county attorney to attend them, for thepurpose of examining witnesses in their presence, or of giving them advicein any legal matter, and to issue subpoenas and other process to bring upwitnesses, and to draw up bills of indictment.
