19-810.   Appointment of undersheriff or deputy to be in writing;revocation.Every appointment of an undersheriff or of a deputy sheriff and everyrevocation of such appointment, shall be in writing, under the hand of thesheriff, and shall be filed in the office of the clerk of the county; butthis section shall not extend to any person who may be deputized by anysheriff or undersheriff to any particular act only.
