19-812b.   Neosho county; duties of sheriff.The sheriff of Neosho county, Kansas, either thesheriff or a deputy, shallattend the district court held in Neosho county, Kansas,as requested by a judge of the district court, andshall serve all process, execute all orders issued therefrom, returning thesame to the place from which they were issued.
