19-812b. Neosho county; duties of sheriff.
The sheriff of Neosho county, Kansas, either the
sheriff or a deputy, shall
attend the district court held in Neosho county, Kansas,
as requested by a judge of the district court, and
shall serve all process, execute all orders issued therefrom, returning the
same to the place from which they were issued.
