2-129f.   Same; election, when.Said levies will be made unless a petition requesting an election uponthe proposition of making said levies, signed by electors equal in numberto not less than ten percent (10%) of the electors of the county who votedfor the secretary of state at the last preceding general election, is filedwith the county clerk within thirty (30) days following the lastpublication of such resolution.
