2-129h.   Same; election, when.Said levies will be made unless a petition requesting an election uponthe proposition of making said levies, signed by electors equal in numberto not less than ten percent (10%) of the electors of the county who votedfor secretary of state at the last preceding general election, is filedwith the county clerk within thirty (30) days following a publication of aresolution to make such a levy.
