2-132b.   Contributions to payment of premiums awarded in adjoiningcounties.With respect to any county fair held in any county, the board of countycommissioners of any adjoining county which does not maintain, or assist inmaintaining, a county or district fair may pay the premiums awarded toresidents of their respective counties at the county fair held in suchadjoining county. The amount necessary for the payment of such premiumsshall be paid from the general fund of the county. The board of countycommissioners is hereby authorized to enter into agreements with themanaging board of the county fair to pay, and to provide the method ofpayment of such premiums.
