2-135.   State fair board, community fairassociations and county fair associations; eminent domain.The state fair board in the name of the stateof Kansas, and each community fair association, and each county fairassociation, organized and operating under the laws of the state of Kansasshall have the right of eminent domain as provided in K.S.A. 26-501 to26-516, inclusive, and amendments thereto for the acquisition of landsor additional lands for fairgrounds or fair purposes.
