2-138.   Misrepresentation; penalty.Any person who shall knowingly and/or willfully misrepresent anyexhibit, or furnish any fair association a false pedigree of livestock,shall upon conviction thereof be fined in any sum not less than fiftydollars ($50) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned inthe county jail not less than three months nor more than twelve months, orby both such fine and imprisonment.
