2-139.   Withholding county aid; causes.The board of county commissioners may withhold county money from anyfair association coming under the provisions of this act, which knowinglypermits the sale of intoxicating liquor, the operation of any gamblingdevice, or any immoral show or exhibition detrimental to public morals.
