2-144d.   Fairs in certain counties; designation as anofficial fair association.Any county free fair established pursuant to K.S.A. 2-142, and amendmentsthereto, may apply to the secretary of agriculturefor designation as an official fair association. If recognized as an officialfair association, any county free fair established pursuant to K.S.A. 2-142,and amendments thereto, shall have all powers and duties as other officiallyrecognized county fair associations.
