2-145.   County poultry show association; county aid, amount;conditions.The board of county commissioners of any county in the state of Kansasis hereby authorized to issue warrants in favor of the treasurer of anycounty poultry show association in such county, not to exceed the sum oftwo hundred dollars ($200) in any one year, for the purpose of paying notmore than one half of all the premiums awarded by such association. Thepremium list must be filed by the secretary or president of such poultryshow association with the county clerk at least thirty (30) days beforesuch show. The county shall not pay any portion of the premiums notapproved by the board of county commissioners.
