2-1115.   Penalty for violations.Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of thisact, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereofshall be punished by a fine of not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500),or by imprisonment in the county jail for not to exceed ninety days, or byboth such fine and imprisonment.
