2-1209.   Publication of reports.The secretary of agriculture shallat the secretary's discretionpublish a report of the analysis of official samples of commercialfertilizers, a list of the commercial fertilizers registered in this statewith their guaranteed composition, and such other information as may bedeemed valuable to the public concerning fertilizers and their use.
