2-1210.   Trademarks; change of analysis; rules and regulations.The secretary shall refuse to register any commercial fertilizer under aname, brand or trademark which may appear to be misleading or deceptive.The secretary shall refuse to allow any person to change the guaranteedanalysis of any brand of commercial fertilizer registered for sale in thisstate within the period for which registered. The secretary is herebyauthorized and empowered to enforce the provisions of this act, andamendments thereto, and to prescribe and enforce such rules and regulationsrelating to commercial fertilizers as he or she may deem necessary to carryinto effect the full intent and meaning of this act.
