2-1215. Same; power of municipalities to regulate.
A municipality or other political subdivision, shall not enact or
enforce any ordinance inconsistent with the regulations promulgated and
adopted pursuant to this act. Nothing in this act shall in any way impair
the power of any municipality or other political subdivision, (1) to
prohibit the use of land for anhydrous ammonia storage or handling, or (2)
to impose more stringent limitations within its jurisdiction, by zoning
regulations, or by building or other regulatory codes.
