2-1216.   Same; duties of secretary; employees.It shall be the duty of the secretary (1) to administer this act, andthe rules and regulations adopted thereunder, and (2) to employ thenecessary personnel. Such employees are hereby authorized and directed toinspect the facilities and equipment used in the handling, storage andtransportation of anhydrous ammonia.
