2-1217.   Same; inspection of facilities and equipment; duties ofemployees, owners and operators.For the purposes of administering this act, the administrative personneland employees shall have the right to enter private property and to inspectfacilities and equipment. It shall be the duty of employees to notify theowner or operator, of any anhydrous ammonia facility or equipment, (1) ofany defect or deficiency in the construction, installation or operation ofany such facility or equipment, and (2) of any defect or deficiency in thesafety equipment or in the use thereof. The owner or operator of suchfacility or equipment may be given a specified reasonable time within whichto comply with the rules and regulations.
