2-1220.   Definitions.Unless the context otherwise requires, as used in this act, thefollowing definitions shall apply: (a) "Person" means any individual, anyassociation of persons or any corporation.

      (b)   "Anhydrous ammonia" and "product" means the compound formed by thecombination of the two gaseous elements, nitrogen and hydrogen, in theproportion of one part nitrogen to three parts hydrogen (by volume), andused or intended for use as an agricultural fertilizer. Anhydrous ammoniais ammonia gas in compressed and liquefied form. It does not includeaqueous ammonia which is a solution of ammonia gas in water.

      (c)   "Department" means the Kansas department of agriculture.

      (d)   "Secretary" means the secretary of agriculture.
