2-1221.   Fertilizer research fund; creation; use of moneys; expenditures.There is hereby created a fertilizer research fund. All moneys credited to thefund shall be expended to the agricultural experiment station under thesupervision of Kansas state university for the purpose of conducting researchon fertilizers, anhydrous ammonia and related materials concerningefficient methods of application, storage and handling, their effect uponenvironmental quality, and efficiency and safety in the use of fertilizers,anhydrous ammonia and related materials in crop production. Allexpenditures shall be made in accordance with the appropriations acts uponwarrants of the director of accounts and reports issued pursuant tovouchers approved by the director of the agricultural experimentstation of Kansas state university or bya person or persons designated by the director.
