2-1231.   Penalties; injunction.Any person violating or failing to comply with any of theprovisions of this act, or any rule and regulation adopted under this act,shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor. If any person owning oroperating a facility or equipment used for manufacture, blending, handlingor bulk storage of commercial fertilizer or fertilizer materials fails tomake the changes, additions and alterations necessary to correct anydefects or to correct the deficiencies, within the specified time asdirected, then the county or district attorney of the county in which thefacility or equipment is located shall seek an injunction.
