2-1233.   Fertilizer and pesticide compliance andadministration fund.There is hereby created a fertilizer and pesticidecompliance and administration fund. All moneys credited to the fund shall beexpended to thefertilizer and pesticide program under the supervision of the secretary ofagriculture for the purpose of administration and assuring compliance with theapplicable provisions of Kansas law. All expenditures shall be made inaccordance with the appropriations acts upon warrants of the director ofaccounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the secretary ofagriculture or by a person designated by the secretary.
