2-1323.   Penalty for violations.Any person, association of persons, corporation, county or city or otherofficial who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions ofthis act and acts amendatory thereof or supplemental thereto shall beguilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished upon conviction thereof by afine of $100 per day for each day of noncompliance upto a maximum fine of $1,500.
