2-1416. Testing and labeling required.
Except as provided in subsection (c) of K.S.A. 2-1421 and amendments
thereto, it shall be unlawful for any person to offer or expose for sale,
sell or exchange any agricultural seed for planting or seeding purposes
that has not been tested and is not labeled. This provision shall apply to
grain when sold as such or when sold according to grain standards and the
seller knows, or has reason to know, it is to be used for seed.
