Article 14.--SALE AND DISTRIBUTION OF AGRICULTURAL SEEDS

     
2-1422.   Penalties for violations.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this act shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be
punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) nor more than
five hundred dollars ($500).
