2-1422.   Penalties for violations.Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this act shall bedeemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall bepunished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25) nor more thanfive hundred dollars ($500).
