2-1424a.   Laboratory.The secretary of agriculture shall establish andmaintain a seedlaboratory, and employ such qualified analysts, helpers, and agents, asdeemed to be necessary to carry out the provisions ofchapter 2, article14, of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto.
