Article 14.--SALE AND DISTRIBUTION OF AGRICULTURAL SEEDS

     
2-1424a.   Laboratory.
The secretary of agriculture shall establish and
maintain a seed
laboratory, and employ such qualified analysts, helpers, and agents, as
deemed to be necessary to carry out the provisions of
chapter 2, article
14, of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto.
