2-1426.   Reports.The secretary shall, at his or her discretion, issue or publish reportssetting forth results of inspections, examinations, analyses, or testsconducted under the provision of chapter 2, article 14, of the KansasStatutes Annotated, and acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto,which report may include the names of persons, associations of persons, orcorporations having had agricultural seed under examination, and may issueother reports giving information on agricultural seed.
