2-1426a.   Records; seed samples.Each person whose name appears on the label as handling agriculturalseeds subject to this act, shall keep for a period of three (3) yearscomplete records of each lot of agricultural seed handled, and shall keep afile sample of each lot of seed for a period of one (1) year after finaldisposition of said lot of agricultural seed. All such records and samplespertaining to any shipment of agricultural seed shall be accessible duringcustomary business hours, for inspection by the secretary, or a dulyauthorized representative of the secretary.
